This wiki aims to be the one stop shop for information regarding the management of digital TV receivers. With the advent of digital TV across the world, there are a plethora of set top boxes available, all capable of different things. A lot of these boxes work using a Linux. This wiki will detail methods by which you can manage your box, from regular day to day tasks right up to changing the way the OS works.
One key factor about this wiki - it is all about the community. If you have something to add to it, feel free to join up start contributing. There are a few things that will not be tolerated however:
- No sharing of encryption keys for subscription TV.
- No discussion regarding circumventing the terms and conditions of subscription TV services.
If you are running a project on set top boxes, or indeed media centers and wish to place your project wiki here - go ahead! As long as nothing is illegal, then there is no problem letting the whole world see it!
